Project group workflow

The workflows of the Project document types use the standard workflow that is defined for each document type and can be modified in Configurator.

Following are dependencies in Meridian that the workflows should maintain.

• The revision numbers of the Plant Document type is controlled by VBScript and is automatically incremented on the beginning and ending states. Therefore, you should call the IncrementRevision function to increment the minor revision number with the Use this expression option on the Revision Number page of the transitions that you want to increment the number.
• Since most of the revision number is done by VBScript, you should also modify the DocGenericEvent_AfterExecuteTransition event to respond to the appropriate transitions.
• The user groups BC_EDITORS and BC_REVIEWERS are used for assignments in the workflow.
• The Remarks property page is shown at the beginning of the workflow and during the Reject transition. The Password property page is shown by the Release transition of the workflow. The Document Stamp property page is shown during the Start Review transition.
• The workflow is hidden for documents that are not in a project, when the StatusPublished property is False.
